Amends Florida Statutes section 817.36 to define "ticket" as a license issued by an entertainment venue operator for admission to the venue at a specified date and time.

Prohibits entertainment venue operators and their agents from restricting ticket resale or denying admission to persons holding resold tickets based solely on the ticket being resold.

Allows operators to restrict resale only for tickets offered as targeted promotions to specific groups (persons with disabilities, students, religious organizations, etc.) that are discounted or free, and such tickets must be clearly marked as non-resalable.

Permits operators to revoke or restrict tickets for policy violations, patron safety, fraud prevention, or misconduct, including attempts by multiple persons to gain admission using both a canceled ticket and the originally issued ticket.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
