Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall develop a Ronald Reagan specialty license plate bearing "Florida" at the top and "President Ronald Reagan" at the bottom.

Annual use fee for the Ronald Reagan license plate is $25.

Annual fee proceeds shall be distributed to Florida Ronald Reagan Centennial, Inc., with up to 15% for administrative costs and up to 10% each for promotion/marketing and donation to the Florida National Guard Foundation.

Remaining proceeds must fund activities, programs, and projects educating Florida students and citizens about President Reagan's contributions and support ongoing Alzheimer's disease research for benefit of Florida citizens and families.

Effective date is October 1, 2016.
