Amends section 73.013, Florida Statutes, to add an exception allowing condemning authorities to convey property by lease or otherwise if condemned for noise mitigation or noise compatibility programs at large hub airports.

Permits conveyance of airport noise-related properties to private entities or natural persons if the property is deemed incompatible with residential use under Federal Aviation Administration standards in 14 C.F.R. part 150.

Requires that any property conveyed under this exception must be zoned to ensure future uses conform to airport noise compatibility standards in 14 C.F.R. part 150.

Allows conveyance of property for park use without restriction.

Applies only to large hub airports listed in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems as submitted by the United States Secretary of Transportation to Congress.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
