Creates an interagency workgroup under Section 252.3655, Florida Statutes, to share information and coordinate efforts on weather event impacts including extreme heat, drought, wildfire, sea-level change, storm surge, saltwater intrusion, and flooding

Requires liaisons from each executive department, water management districts, Florida Public Service Commission, Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Department of Military Affairs, insurance and financial regulatory offices, and the State University System Board of Governors

Designates the Division of Emergency Management director or designee as workgroup coordinator

Mandates annual reports beginning January 1, 2017 that assess current agency efforts, create uniform vulnerability assessments based on scientific literature, and prioritize strategies to address weather impacts

Requires reports to be submitted to the Governor, Senate President, and House Speaker, and posted on the Division of Emergency Management and participating agency websites
