• Requires the Office of Financial Regulation to execute an information sharing agreement with Federal Home Loan Banks by August 1, 2016.

• Specifies that any confidential information or records shared with Federal Home Loan Banks shall remain confidential and exempt from public records disclosure under section 119.07(1).

• Effective date: July 1, 2016.
