Authorizes the Pasco County School Board to pay Marcus Button $1,246,215.29 for injuries sustained in a September 22, 2006 school bus accident caused by negligence of a school bus driver.

Authorizes the Pasco County School Board to pay Mark and Robin Button (Marcus's parents) $261,148.95 for injuries and damages to their son resulting from the same accident.

Establishes that the statutory immunity limit payment of $163,000 (previously paid under s. 768.28, Florida Statutes) plus these appropriations constitute the sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from this incident.

Limits attorney fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to 25 percent of the total amount awarded under the act.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
