Compensates Q.B. for sexual assault that occurred on a Palm Beach County school bus on January 16, 2007, when school employees failed to properly supervise a 15-year-old student who assaulted her.

Authorizes the Palm Beach County School Board to appropriate $600,000, payable in two annual installments of $300,000, to be placed in a special needs trust for Q.B.'s exclusive benefit.

Requires the school board to purchase an annuity providing annual disbursements of at least $14,850 beginning June 23, 2024, guaranteed for a minimum of 40 years with a total guaranteed benefit of $594,000.

Limits attorney fees, lobbying fees, and related costs to no more than 25 percent of the amount awarded under the act, with fees not assessable against the annuity value.

Establishes the awarded compensation as the sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the incident; takes effect upon becoming law.
