• Modifies section 776.032 to maintain immunity from criminal prosecution and civil action for justified use of force, with exception for law enforcement officers acting in official capacity who properly identified themselves

• Amends section 790.15 to replace references to the repealed section 776.013 with a statutory definition of "dwelling" for firearm discharge offenses, maintaining exceptions for lawful self-defense

• Takes effect upon becoming law
