Amends the definition of "sexual abuse of a child" in Florida Statutes section 39.01 to remove language treating a child's offer to engage in or engagement in prostitution as sexual abuse when the child is not under arrest or prosecution for a chapter 796 offense.

Retains provisions defining sexual abuse to include allowing, encouraging, or forcing a child to engage in a sexual performance or participate in human trafficking.

Renumbers subsections of the sexual exploitation definition for organizational clarity.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
