Deletes provisions requiring supplemental biennial registration fees for pesticide brands containing active ingredients with EPA-established food tolerance limits under 40 C.F.R. part 180.

Eliminates the $630 supplemental fee for odd-numbered year registrations and $315 fee for even-numbered year registrations for pesticides subject to food tolerance limits.

Removes the requirement for the department to biennially publish a list of pesticide active ingredients subject to supplemental registration fees.

Retains standard pesticide registration fees of $700 (odd years) and $350 (even years) per brand, plus $200 and $100 respectively for special local need labels and experimental use permits.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
