Repeals the provision in Florida Statutes section 454.021 that allowed the Florida Supreme Court to admit unauthorized immigrants to the state bar

Eliminates the pathway that previously permitted bar admission for unauthorized immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as minors, had been present for more than 10 years, and obtained USCIS employment authorization

Removes requirements that such applicants have a social security number and Selective Service registration (if male) as conditions for bar admission

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
