Amends section 119.0712 of Florida Statutes to make permanent the public records exemption for the Office of Financial Regulation by removing the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2016

Exempts from public disclosure information received by the Office of Financial Regulation from state or federal regulatory, administrative, or criminal justice agencies that is confidential or exempt under those agencies' laws

Exempts information received or developed by the office during joint or multiagency examinations or investigations with other state or federal agencies, subject to conditions in the cooperative agreement

Limits the multiagency exemption by excluding information that would be publicly available if the office had conducted an independent examination or investigation under Florida law

Takes effect October 1, 2016
