Adopts the Florida Statutes 2016 as the official statute law of the state, effective immediately upon publication.

Repeals all general and permanent statutes enacted on or before the October 19-November 6, 2015 special legislative session that are not included in Florida Statutes 2016.

Preserves the full effect of general laws enacted after the October 19-November 6, 2015 special session, which are not repealed by this adoption act.

Protects rights accrued under repealed statutes and preserves civil remedies where suits are pending.

Becomes effective 60 days after adjournment sine die of the legislative session in which it is enacted.
