Amends section 1004.55, Florida Statutes, to reorganize public record exemptions for regional autism centers under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Establishes that all records relating to clients receiving services at regional autism centers and their families are confidential and exempt from public records requirements.

Permits regional autism centers to release confidential records to physicians, attorneys, governmental entities, researchers with confidentiality agreements, and the State Board of Education or Board of Governors when necessary for treatment or program evaluation.

Protects personal identifying information of donors and prospective donors who wish to remain anonymous from disclosure.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2016, making the public record exemptions permanent rather than subject to sunset review.
