Amends section 408.910, Florida Statutes to make permanent the public records exemptions for personal identifying information of enrollees and participants in the Florida Health Choices Program

Exempts from disclosure client and customer lists of a buyer's representative held by Florida Health Choices, Inc., and proprietary confidential business information held by the corporation

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2016 that was established under the Open Government Sunset Review Act, making the exemptions permanent

Allows authorized release of exempted information to other governmental entities performing official duties, persons with written consent from applicants, and the Florida Kidcare program for program administration

Makes violation of the exemption a second-degree misdemeanor punishable under sections 775.082 or 775.083; effective October 1, 2016
