Ratifies and approves a Gaming Compact executed by the Governor and Seminole Tribe of Florida on December 7, 2015, which supersedes the previous compact from April 7, 2010.

Directs the Governor to cooperate with the Tribe in seeking approval of the new compact from the United States Secretary of the Interior.

Authorizes the Tribe to conduct banking or banked card games (including baccarat, chemin de fer, and blackjack) at tribal facilities in Broward County, Collier County, and Hillsborough County.

Authorizes additional gaming activities including slot machines, dice games (craps and sic-bo), wheel games (roulette and big six), raffles, and drawings under the compact.

Takes effect contingently upon passage and enactment of HB 7109 or similar legislation in the same legislative session.
