Designates January 27, 2016, as "International Holocaust Remembrance Day" in the State of Florida

Acknowledges the Holocaust as the state-sponsored systematic persecution and annihilation of European Jewry by Nazi Germany and collaborators between 1933 and 1945, resulting in 6 million deaths

Recognizes that European Roma, Poles, persons with disabilities, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, Soviet prisoners of war, and political dissidents also suffered grievous oppression and death under Nazi tyranny

References the United Nations General Assembly resolution adopted November 1, 2005, designating January 27 as an annual International Day of Commemoration

Encourages Florida citizens to rededicate themselves to principles of human dignity and individual freedom to ensure such atrocities are never repeated
