Designates February 5, 2016, as "Wear Red Day" in Florida to raise awareness about heart disease in women.

Establishes that heart disease is the leading killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths among women annually and affecting 43 million women in the United States.

Notes that 90% of women have at least one risk factor for heart disease, yet many women are less likely to seek emergency care for themselves when experiencing heart attack symptoms.

Encourages women to "Go Red" by wearing red, checking blood pressure and cholesterol, stopping smoking, losing weight, exercising, and making healthy food choices.

Urges citizens to commemorate February 5, 2016, by wearing red to show support for women fighting heart disease.
