Honors coach Jill Ellis and the United States Women's National Soccer Team for winning the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup, defeating Japan 5-2 on July 5, 2015 in Vancouver, Canada to claim the team's third World Cup title and end a 16-year drought.

Recognizes the team as the most successful in FIFA Women's World Cup history since its creation in 1991 and the first team to win the tournament three times.

Notes the team scored four goals within the first 16 minutes of the final match, the earliest four goals scored in FIFA Women's World Cup history, and accumulated 112 total goals to surpass Germany's record.
