Authorizes Orange County to pay $200,000 to the Estate of Alex Zaldivar, $100,000 to Brienna Campos, and $100,000 to Remington Campos as settlement for a September 10, 2012 home invasion shooting incident.

These payments represent the remaining unpaid balances of previously agreed settlement amounts, with Orange County having already paid $100,000 to each claimant.

Compensates Rafael and Kyoko Zaldivar for the death of their son Alex Zaldivar, and compensates Brienna Campos and Remington Campos for injuries sustained during the incident allegedly caused by Orange County's negligence in monitoring an offender.

Limits attorney fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to no more than 25 percent of the total $400,000 award.

Specifies that all payments constitute full and sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the September 10, 2012 incident.
