Authorizes the Pasco County Sheriff's Office to pay $8,624,754.40 to Jennifer Wohlgemuth as compensation for injuries sustained from a negligent vehicle collision caused by Deputy Kenneth Petrillo on January 3, 2005.

Declares that this payment, combined with the $100,000 already paid under Florida's sovereign immunity statute (s. 768.28), constitutes sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the incident.

Limits attorney fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to a maximum of 25 percent of the $8,624,754.40 awarded under this act.

Acknowledges that a trial court awarded Wohlgemuth $9,141,267.32 in damages in March 2009, finding Deputy Petrillo 95 percent responsible, and that the Second District Court of Appeal affirmed this judgment in March 2010.
