Creates section 877.28 in Florida Statutes to prohibit persons subject to final deportation orders from being present in the state unless the orders are stayed pending judicial review.

Defines deportation orders according to 8 U.S.C. § 1101(47) and requires orders to have become final as described in 8 U.S.C. § 1101(47)(B).

Makes violation of the presence prohibition a felony of the first degree, with penalties as provided in sections 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084.

Takes effect October 1, 2016.
