Establishes the Florida Combat Veterans' Care Coordination Program within the Department of Children and Families to provide behavioral health care referral and care coordination services to combat veterans and their families statewide.

Defines "combat veteran" as a wartime veteran and requires the department to contract with managing entities to partner with Florida 211 Network participants for service delivery.

Program teams must provide telephonic peer support, crisis intervention, suicide assessment, treatment coordination, safety planning, and resource coordination to facilitate access to Veterans Affairs programs and community-based services.

Requires Florida 211 Network participants to collect and track call data and submit implementation reports to the department for submittal to the Governor and Legislature by December 15, 2017.

Appropriates $2,000,155 in recurring General Revenue Fund dollars to the Department of Children and Families for fiscal year 2016-2017, effective July 1, 2016.
