Allow persons holding lifetime freshwater fishing, saltwater fishing, hunting, or sportsman's licenses, or boater safety identification cards, to have symbols representing these statuses added to their identification cards or driver licenses upon payment of an additional $1 fee and presentation of the qualifying license or card.

Permit replacement of identification cards or driver licenses before expiration to include lifetime licensee or boater safety cardholder status upon payment of a $2 fee, with the replacement fee waived if the sole purpose is adding the status symbol.

Authorize persons born on or after January 1, 1988, to operate a 10+ horsepower vessel using a state-issued identification card or driver license indicating boater safety card status, in addition to carrying a separate boater safety identification card.

Require state-issued identification cards or driver licenses indicating possession of recreational licenses to be in personal possession while taking, attempting to take, or possessing game or fish, and allow such cards to satisfy license display requirements during commission law enforcement inspections.

Effective July 1, 2016, with amendments to identification card and driver license provisions applicable upon implementation of new designs by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
