Creates registration requirement for music therapists in Florida, administered by the Department of Health, effective July 1, 2016.

Requires applicants to submit application, fees (not to exceed $50), and proof of board certification from the national Certification Board for Music Therapists.

Registration must be renewed biennially with proof of active board certification; registrants must notify the department within 10 days of address or certification status changes.

Authorizes registered music therapists to accept referrals, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare providers on individualized music therapy goals.

Prohibits unregistered persons from practicing music therapy or representing themselves as music therapists, with exemptions for licensed professionals using music incidentally in their practice and students in accredited programs.
