Requires all publicly owned or publicly operated airports in Florida to provide free parking to vehicles displaying disabled veteran license plates issued under sections 320.084, 320.0842, or 320.0845

Exempts vehicles with disabled veteran license plates from parking fees charged by counties, municipalities, or their agencies in facilities with timed parking spaces

Maintains existing exemptions for vehicles with specialized disability equipment (ramps, lifts, hand/foot controls) and vehicles displaying the Florida Toll Exemption permit

Clarifies that general disabled parking permit exemptions on public streets and metered spaces apply only when transporting the person to whom the permit was issued
