Creates the STEM Teacher Loan Forgiveness Program administered by the Department of Education to encourage qualified college graduates to teach STEM courses at Florida public schools.

Requires eligible candidates to be graduates of Florida public postsecondary institutions, hold a valid Florida educator certificate, and teach STEM courses at a public school for 8 consecutive years.

Program covers loans used for tuition, books, and living expenses only, with maximum loan payment of $16,000 per selected candidate from appropriated funds.

Payments made directly to loan holders upon proof of program completion, with department authorized to recover administrative costs from appropriated funds.

Takes effect July 1, 2016, with State Board of Education authorized to adopt necessary administrative rules.
