Creates civil liability immunity for persons who forcibly enter a motor vehicle to rescue a vulnerable person or domestic animal from imminent danger.

Requires the rescuer to determine the vehicle is locked or has no reasonable exit method, have a good faith belief that entry is necessary due to imminent harm, and use only necessary force.

Mandates that law enforcement or 911 be notified before or immediately after entering the vehicle.

Requires the rescuer to remain with the rescued person or animal in a safe location near the vehicle until law enforcement or first responders arrive.

Does not limit or expand existing civil liability immunities provided under Florida law for care or treatment of the rescued vulnerable person or animal.
