Enhances criminal penalties for third or subsequent violations of domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, dating violence, stalking, or cyberstalking injunctions or foreign protection orders against the same victim from a first-degree misdemeanor to a third-degree felony.

Defines "conviction" for purposes of enhanced penalties as a determination of guilt resulting from a plea or trial, regardless of whether adjudication is withheld or a nolo contendere plea is entered.

Applies enhanced penalties when a person has two or more prior convictions for violation of an injunction or foreign protection order and subsequently commits any violation of an injunction or foreign protection order against the same victim.

Reenacts related statutes (sections 741.30, 741.315, 784.0485, and 901.15) to incorporate amendments and maintain consistency with the enhanced penalty provisions.
