Creates the Florida Unique Abilities Partner Program administered by the Department of Economic Opportunity to designate businesses demonstrating commitment to employment or support of individuals with disabilities.

Allows businesses to apply or be nominated for designation based on employment of individuals with disabilities, contributions to disability organizations, or establishment of programs supporting disability independence.

Requires designated businesses to employ at least one individual with a disability for 9+ months and make annual contributions of at least $1,000 (businesses with 100 or fewer employees) or $5,000 (larger businesses) to maintain eligibility.

Mandates annual recertification of continued eligibility by designated businesses; requires Department to develop a logo for designated businesses and maintain a website listing all designated entities by county, updated quarterly.

Appropriates $100,000 recurring and $100,000 nonrecurring funds from the Special Employment Security Administration Trust Fund for fiscal year 2016-2017 to develop and administer the program; effective July 1, 2016.
