Expands exceptions to minor employment restrictions to include any licensed premises that sells alcoholic beverages, provided the vendor derives 30 percent or less of gross monthly revenue from alcohol sales.

Requires minor employees at eligible alcohol-selling vendors to be supervised by someone 18 years or older who verifies purchaser age and approves all alcohol sales.

Broadens eligible venues to include retail drugstores, grocery stores, department stores, florists, specialty gift shops, and automobile service stations licensed under specified statutes.

Repeals section 565.04, Florida Statutes, which previously contained package store restrictions.

Effective date: July 1, 2016.
