Exempts physical therapists from obtaining practitioner of record review when treating patients who have been physically examined and diagnosed by a physician licensed in another state.

Allows licensed physical therapists with a doctoral degree in physical therapy to use the letters "D.P.T." in addition to "P.T." in connection with their name or business.

Prohibits physical therapists with a doctoral degree from using the title "doctor" unless clearly informing the public of their profession as a physical therapist.

Makes it unlawful for unlicensed persons to use the letters "D.P.T." in connection with their name or place of business, establishing this as a violation subject to criminal penalties.
