Removes restrictions on the quantity of distilled spirits individual containers that craft distilleries can sell to consumers in face-to-face transactions at their licensed premises.

Eliminates the previous limits allowing sales of no more than two, three, or four individual containers per purchase depending on product mix.

Maintains requirement that all container sales comply with limits in section 565.10 and are for personal use only, not resale.

Retains prohibition on shipping distilled spirits to consumers and requirement that all sales occur in face-to-face transactions at the distillery location.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
