Exempts nonresidential farm buildings, farm fences, and farm signs located on lands used for bona fide agricultural purposes from county or municipal special assessments, including dependent special district assessments.

Maintains existing exemptions from Florida Building Code and county or municipal codes and fees for these farm structures.

Preserves requirements that farm structures comply with local, state, or federal floodplain management regulations.

Requires farm signs located on public roads to comply with standards established in section 479.11 regarding sign placement and operation.

Effective July 1, 2016.
