Eliminates day use entrance fees at state parks operated by the Division of Recreation and Parks for a 12-month period beginning July 1, 2016

Requires the Division of Recreation and Parks to close each state park once its carrying capacity, as defined in its unit management plan, is reached

Does not apply to fees for facilities, campgrounds, equipment, concessions, entertainment, or guided tours at state parks

Exempts Skyway Fishing Pier State Park, Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park from the fee holiday
