Exempts proprietary confidential business information provided by promoters to the Florida State Boxing Commission from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statutes s. 119.07(1) and Florida Constitution Article I, s. 24(a).

Expands the exemption to cover all proprietary confidential business information obtained by the commission, whether provided in written reports or through audits of promoter records, removing previous limitations.

Extends the exemption's sunset date from October 2, 2019 to October 2, 2021, subjecting it to the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Permits disclosure of exempt information to other governmental entities performing their duties and responsibilities.

Establishes public necessity findings that competitive harm from disclosure of promoter financial and business information outweighs public benefit of disclosure.
