Replaces "corruptly" and "corrupt intent" standards with "knowingly and intentionally" throughout Florida's public corruption statutes (sections 838.015, 838.016, 838.022, and 838.22).

Expands official misconduct and bid tampering prohibitions to include public contractors who have contracts with governmental entities, not just public servants.

Defines "governmental entity" to mean any agency or entity of the state, county, municipality, special district, or other public entity created or authorized by law.

Defines "public contractor" for purposes of official misconduct and bid tampering as any person or officer/employee of a person who has entered into a contract with a governmental entity.

Takes effect October 1, 2016.
