Adds Bronze Star recipients to the list of eligible groups for special military license plates in Florida, requiring the plate to display "Bronze Star" and an image of the Bronze Star medal.

Reorganizes and clarifies the application process for military-related special license plates by specifying ten categories of eligible applicants (veterans, WWII veterans, Navy submariners, National Guard members, Pearl Harbor survivors, Purple Heart recipients, Armed Forces reservists, Combat badge/medal recipients, Distinguished Flying Cross recipients, and Bronze Star recipients).

Maintains existing provisions that direct the first $100,000 annually from special license plate sales to the Grants and Donations Trust Fund, with additional revenue going to the State Homes for Veterans Trust Fund.

Allows Pearl Harbor Survivor and Purple Heart license plate recipients who qualify for disabled veteran plates to receive the appropriate special plate without payment of the license tax.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
