Exempts nonresidential farm buildings with limited occupancy (35 persons or fewer) and agricultural pole barns (70% or more open perimeter walls) from the Florida Fire Prevention Code.

Creates three classes for structures used for agritourism activity on farms: Class 1 (used 12 times annually or fewer, up to 100 persons), Class 2 (up to 300 persons), and Class 3 (primarily for housing/sheltering the public, subject to full Fire Prevention Code).

Requires structures in agritourism Classes 1 and 2 to undergo annual inspection for classification but exempts them from the Florida Fire Prevention Code while subjecting them to State Fire Marshal rules.

Increases the tent exemption from the Florida Fire Prevention Code from 900 square feet (30 by 30 feet) to 900 square feet.

Authorizes local fire officials to consider NFPA 101A fire safety evaluation systems when identifying low-cost alternatives to firesafety code requirements for existing buildings.
