Amends the definition of "sexual abuse of a child" in Florida law to remove references to child prostitution offenses under chapter 796.

Deletes the provision treating a child offering to engage in or engaging in prostitution as sexual abuse when the child is not under arrest or prosecution.

Removes the specific category of "solicit for or engage in prostitution" from the enumerated acts constituting sexual exploitation of a child.

Retains provisions defining sexual exploitation as allowing, encouraging, or forcing a child to engage in sexual performance or participate in human trafficking.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
