Amends Florida insurance law to require health insurance policies covering mastectomies to also cover prosthetic devices, including one cranial prosthesis prescribed for hair loss from chemotherapy following mastectomy.

Requires coverage of breast reconstructive surgery incident to mastectomy, performed in a manner chosen by the treating physician consistent with prevailing medical standards and in consultation with the patient.

Permits insurers to charge an additional premium for the required coverage and to apply deductibles, coinsurance, and other standard policy terms and conditions.

Designates the bill as "Nonni's Law."

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
