Amends the list of schools where physicians can receive a medical faculty certificate without examination to include Florida Atlantic University as an eighth eligible institution.

Renames "Mayo Medical School at the Mayo Clinic" to "Mayo Clinic College of Medicine" in Jacksonville, Florida.

Changes punctuation in the list of eligible schools from commas to semicolons, with the final entry preceded by "or."

Establishes a maximum of 30 medical faculty certificateholders per year at each of the first six listed universities and Florida Atlantic University, and 10 persons at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine facility.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
