Increases the family income threshold for Medicaid eligibility for pregnant women and children under age 1 from 185 percent to 200 percent of the federal poverty level

Removes outdated transitional language referencing the January 1, 1992 effective date for the previous 185 percent threshold

Maintains that pregnant women and children under age 1 meeting the income threshold are not subject to an assets test for Medicaid eligibility

Preserves the requirement that pregnant women applying through qualified Medicaid providers must be offered presumptive eligibility

Effective date of July 1, 2016
