Prohibits operators of public lodging establishments from refusing accommodations or removing guests based solely upon age, joining existing protections for race, creed, color, sex, pregnancy, physical disability, and national origin.

Amends section 509.092 to add age-based protections for public lodging establishments while maintaining private enterprise rights to refuse service for other legitimate reasons.

Modifies section 509.141 to prevent admission refusal or guest removal from public lodging establishments based solely on age, while preserving operator authority to remove guests for illegal conduct, intoxication, disturbances, payment failure, or other disruptive behavior.

Updates section 509.142 to prohibit refusal of service by public lodging establishment operators based solely on age, while maintaining authority to refuse service based on disruptive conduct or illegal activity.

Effective date: July 1, 2016.
