Authorizes licensed general lines agents, authorized insurers, reinsurers, licensed reinsurance brokers, licensed rating organizations, and modeling companies to receive specified information from Citizens Property Insurance Corporation underwriting and claims files for analyzing risks or developing rating plans.

Specifies that shared information includes name, address, telephone number of property owners, risk location, rating information, loss history, and policy type.

Prohibits licensed agents and insurers receiving such information from using it for direct solicitation of policyholders.

Requires all entities receiving the information to maintain its confidentiality.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
