Creates section 943.087 of Florida Statutes to require the Department of Law Enforcement to collect information on deadly force incidents involving law enforcement officers.

Mandates reporting within 15 days after the end of each calendar quarter for incidents where deadly force resulted in serious injury or death.

Requires reporting of victim demographics (race/ethnicity, gender, age, religious affiliation), incident details (date, time, location), alleged criminal activity, type of force used, and employer justification.

Requires submission of standardized forms and copies of relevant use of deadly force guidelines, along with descriptions of any nonlethal techniques attempted before deadly force was used.

Mandates retention of collected information for a minimum of 10 years; effective July 1, 2016.
