Comprehensive reviser's bill making technical corrections throughout the Florida Statutes, including deleting obsolete provisions, correcting cross-references and citations, and fixing grammatical and typographical errors across 97 sections of statute.

Repeals section 200.185 (relating to maximum millage rates for fiscal years 2007-2008 and 2008-2009) and section 624.35 (short title for Medicaid and Public Assistance Fraud Strike Force) as provisions that have served their purpose.

Corrects numerous cross-reference citations to conform to statutory redesignations and repeals made by other legislation, such as conforming references to section 1003.4282 following the repeal of subsection (5).

Updates terminology and language throughout statutes to improve clarity, including substituting "Department of Health" for "Agency for Health Care Administration" in dietitian/nutritionist licensing provisions and confirming editorial changes to statutory language.

Effective date is 60 days after adjournment sine die of the legislative session in which the bill is enacted.
