Repeals 24 expired or inoperative statutory provisions from the Florida Statutes, including sections relating to the Admiral John H. Fetterman Maritime Museum, Florida Comprehensive Health Association, and special high school graduation requirements for exceptional students.

Removes temporary provisions that expired on their own terms between July 1, 2012 and July 1, 2015, including Department of Transportation project funding limits, Department of Environmental Protection grant programs, and health insurance rate review exemptions.

Amends cross-references in sections 465.1862, 627.601, 627.6699, 627.66997, and 1002.20 to conform with the repealed statutory provisions and reflect current law.

Deletes expired temporary provisions from section 1011.62 regarding prior period funding adjustment millage calculations for the 2014-2015 fiscal year and section 1013.64 regarding educational plant needs fund allocation methods.

Takes effect 60 days after the Legislature adjourns sine die.
