Defines "covered farm vehicles" as straight trucks or articulated vehicles registered with farm designations, operated by farm owners/employees/family members to transport agricultural commodities, livestock, machinery, or supplies, and not used in for-hire operations.

Exempts covered farm vehicles and their operators from federal regulations on controlled substances and alcohol testing (49 C.F.R. part 382), commercial driver licenses (49 C.F.R. part 383), physical qualifications (49 C.F.R. part 391), hours of service (49 C.F.R. part 395), and vehicle inspection and maintenance (49 C.F.R. part 396).

Allows vehicles with gross vehicle weight rating of 26,001 pounds or less to operate anywhere in Florida under the exemption, while vehicles exceeding 26,001 pounds may operate within 150 air miles across state lines of the farm or ranch.

Exempts covered farm vehicle drivers from commercial driver license requirements under Florida law if operated in accordance with the exemptions.

Exemptions do not apply to vehicles transporting hazardous materials requiring placarding under federal regulations.
