Creates a public records exemption for confidential information held by the Office of Financial Regulation relating to international trust entities applying for a moratorium under s. 663.041

Exempts internal corporate documents, names of officers/directors/shareholders (if confidential in home country), documentation from foreign regulatory authorities, information received from other states/nations/federal government, and office working papers

Authorizes release of confidential information to authorized representatives, fidelity insurers, independent auditors, liquidators/receivers, other government entities, or pursuant to legislative subpoena or federal law

Maintains public access to the names of applicant organizations, international trust entities they serve, and business addresses of directors, managers, officers, and registered agents

Subject to Open Government Sunset Review with automatic repeal on October 2, 2021, unless reenacted by the Legislature; effective date contingent on passage of SB 1106 or similar legislation
